Stalls are £15 per stall. You can book as many as you need.
Stalls are included. If you require a rail these can be hired or this will need to be self-provided
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

STALL HIRE
* Stall hire is £15 per stall
This includes a trestle table approximately 6ft by 2ft and a small space at the side where you can display up to one larger item such as a pushchair or clothes rail.
* Each stall may be manned by up to two people (this includes children).
* Sellers may enter the venue up to 60 minutes before the sale and must be fully set up by the start time. Transactions are only permitted between 9:30am and 12pm. Sellers must remove all unsold goods, display equipment, and clear rubbish from their stall area within 30 minutes after the end of the sale.

BOOKINGS
* Stall hire bookings are made by booking on www.ticketsource.co.uk/carshalton-families-nearly-new-sale
* The booking is not complete until payment has been made.
* The stallholder fee is non-refundable. 
* By paying the stallholder fee, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out by Carshalton Families Nearly New Sale.
* Upon paying your fee, you will receive a confirmation email within 36 hours. If you do not receive the email, please contact the organisers to confirm your email address is correct.

STALL ITEMS
* Bookings are strictly for quality preloved goods related to maternity, babies and children up to 12 years of age. If you have items on your stall that do not meet this requirement, we may ask you to remove them.
* All items should be of good quality, complete and in working order with full instructions where possible.
* Toys and equipment must comply with British Safety Standards.

DISCLAIMER
* Stallholders are responsible for their own stall security. Carshalton Families Nearly New sale accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage. * Stallholders are responsible for the safety of their stalls (i.e. should be set up in a safe way to avoid accidents, allow access to fire exits, etc.) 
* Carshalton families Nearly New sale accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality of conditions of items purchased at their sales.
*Purchases are made entirely at the individuals' own risk; all items are sold as seen. Buyers must look at items before leaving the sale to ensure they meet their requirements. Refunds are not provided once the sale has ended.
* Carshalton Families Nearly New accepts no responsibility for sellers’ or buyers’ property on the sale day and accepts no liability for loss or damage however causes.
* All persons who enter the market do so at their own risk.
